I have on of these, but I have it in a wine cork! I keep it on my fridge using a small magnet, but props to you! This looks really good! It looks like an ACTUAL mini garden, rather than just one mini succulent!

Where do you get the actual succulents for the gardens? Do you plant them and grow them in the containers, or...? I'm not much of a gardener, but I'd love to make some of these. They're gorgeous! :)

I ether take little cuts from friends and relatives (= grow my self until they have roots) or buy little plants at IKEA. We have a lot of succulent to choose from here in Sweden in IKEA.

Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous! I did something similar perhaps six months ago, only I used soleirolia soleirolii in a champagne glass (the result does not look nearly as fancy, but at least it probably will not outgrow the container) and the rocks are very thick and are below the potting media for drainage. I was very concerned about drainage although the plant likes it moist which is why I chose it, and, in fact, I seldom need water it even so. Also, I did not come up with the idea myself.

Cool! I'm making a new mini garden in IKEA Whiskey glass and it looks so pretty :) Soleirolia soleirolii would be perfect for a real terrarium (my next project and DIY) Thank you for the tip! :)

This is a really amazing and unique piece of art. It shows there are other mediums of expression besides the pencil, paper, pen, charcoal, etc.

You're really amazing. Wonderful job.

As a gardener myself I know how rewarding it is to do little projects like these yourself. And the money you save too! :D Something like this shouldn't cost more than $5-$10 in materials to set up (maybe even less if you get the succulents via cuttings as they have a high cutting success rate) yet the same thing already made for you from a garden nursery would probably have like a $30-$50 price tag on it :faint:
